Oh, and another thing

So I went for a run on Sunday:

Not a great time for a half-marathon, but I was glad to get in under two hours. Next time, I'll have done more training.


  1. What a great thing to be a runner! Good for you for finishing. I started C25K last summer and when I was done with the schedule I was able to run a few 5K's. I'm in the process of training for my next 5K in June, but I don't know if I'll ever have what it takes to run a 1/2 marathon.

  2. It's easier than you might think. You just put one foot in front of the other ;) Seriously, though, I'm sure you could do it - you just need a) the desire and b) a few months notice so you can gently increase your distance.

    Good on you for doing 5K's though, I hope you enjoy it :)
